“Creativity, which can be improved by developing the right support features in every model, is the most important phenomenon.”

SUREYYA ACAR

An artist must have something to tell about the world, about humanity…
And when this language of expression is hands, the words created by the hands should be poured out softly…
There should be no limit to the shaping of thoughts…
In the work that is shaped, it should sometimes be a mud, sometimes a color, and sometimes a garbage vehicle…
The creator must be nourished both internally and externally…
He should just be himself, not imitating anyone else.
I like to tell stories like books with unit repetitions in my work.
When my projects, which I planned by having fun like doing a puzzle, are sometimes replaced by anxiety.
I mainly deal with political and sociological issues.
Social psychology, social sociology, which I frequently examine, naturally finds a place in my work as of the process our country has gone through.
Cultural influences, political events, social traumas or feelings about private life that have infiltrated the daily flow can be perceived together in my works.

CERAMIC / SCULPTURE

World of Pigs 3

Power and often go hand in hand.
The event that comes with the effort of all living beings to be superior can turn into life and death dead.

World of Pigs 2

Since the beginning of humanity has every’ vein the human behind him has his followers.

The World of Pigs 1

There is a very thin line between ‘if life was a holiday’ and ‘if life was poison’.

BAMBINO

Innocence and Violence;
We can write thousands of stories, fairy tales, screenplays, etc. on these two words. What is your actual preference?

MEEEE

Humanity loses as soon as it enters the herd psychology.

Sheep-hued silhouettes are in so-called solidarity.

The times when the individual puts his decision-making ability on the shelf are the moments when he is on his way to the dark.

Exit

There is no ‘truth’ in reality…
Truth is created.
An individual’s stance The stance of tens of thousands,
Societies’ stance It brings out the inevitable…
It affects many areas with its economic and political reflections.
It can change the course of history.
With the weakness or absence of free will, a nation can slowly melt away.

Sacred Heart

The Painful Beauty of Being Our roots give us a life.
But is this life presented is the ‘Life’ we should live?
While we struggle to exist, we also question our identity.
While breathing with the pride of being a woman, we discover the limits of our power.
Because we understand what it means to be a woman in a patriarchal society while struggling with difficulties.
The devaluation of women despite her ability to maintain the lineage, which is her most sacred characteristic, can only be associated with the continuation of the male-dominated culture.
Woman is earth, water, breath, fire….

Sacred Deep

Magic at our fingertips!!!

Are we going to follow this charm that drags us towards an unknown corridor without setting the ‘CTRL’?

An artist must have something to tell about the world, about humanity…
And when this language of expression is hands, the words created by the hands should be poured out softly…
There should be no limit to the shaping of thoughts…

Love love love

True love can destroy one’s whole life Fortunately, long live the modern world, matter and logic…!

The woman who feels stuck in many areas, as Sartre said, “it is necessary to be free, it is doomed!”

In a society dominated by tyranny, it is inevitable that the personalities of individuals will be erased. DESPOTISM, which paved the way for the freedom of thought and speech of future generations, is now right next to us, even inside us.

1984 G.ORWEL

WAR IS PEACE.
FREEDOM IS SLAVE.
IGNORANCE IS POWER.

2010 . . .!!!

Opposite concepts are actually in close contact with each other. Humanity ebbs and flows between these concepts.

Purity resists pollution

Peace resists war

Good resists evil

Light resists darkness

All these resistances shape the future of humanity.

Is food just food?

Eating is not just a shredding, dividing, licking, grinding, digesting activity. In the famous French saying, for example, ‘You can understand how one makes love by eating food’… I think the relationship one establishes with food gives a ton of clues about how one is not only in bed but also in life. Appetite is a blessing, then not everyone can afford it. Sartre says that greedy people are God’s beloved children. God first takes away the appetite of those he does not love. That is, ‘Food is never just food’.

Ovidious’s Metamorphosis

Luck is always strong, as long as you have a fishing rod; Even in the most barren lake there will be a fish.”

– Ovidius, how if I only used the first word by changing it…

“LOVE is always strong, as long as you have a fishing rod; Even in the most barren lake there will be a fish.”

Pandora, created by Hephaestus by making a sculpture out of water and earth, at the command of Zeus, is the first female human.

Pandora, which means ‘all gift’, could not stand one day and opened the lid of the box, causing all the evil and pain to spread…

Although he closes the box immediately, only hope remains.

Like love…

The light is at the bottom of the darkness,

So at the bottom of the light must be dark…

The rule of law is the cornerstone of a clean society.

When this stone is not placed in its place, the system causes shaking at any moment, gradually rotting, and spreading bad odors in the first place.

What is experienced in our country today is not only due to the system, but also to the polluted waters into which those who applied the system entered in the past. Law is necessary for everyone.

When this democratic reality is ignored, society becomes polarized and increasingly conflicted. For this reason, if clean hands are desired, people should be equal before the law and the law, regardless of their position.

Otherwise, we keep waiting for a clean hand to emerge from the dirty water. However, we know that; Hands cannot be washed in dirty water.

After the coup of May 27, 1960 and the memorandum of March 12, 1971, the third open intervention of the armed forces in the government in the history of the Republic of Turkey. With this intervention, the Turkish Grand National Assembly was abolished, the 1960 Constitution, which was amended after 1970, was completely shelved, and a period of repression in which Turkish politics was redesigned began. The September 12, 1980 coup was seen by the majority of the people as the ‘justified’ alternative to the bankrupt parliamentary regime, which could not find a solution to any of its political and economic problems. Therefore, there was no resistance to the coup, and the majority soon adopted the coup leaders as the new leaders of the country. The junta of September 12 triggered the developments that made Turkey, which has an inwardly closed economy, a part of the global economy with all its positive and negative aspects. The redesigned country is kept alive in the cyclically designed realization, on the axis of violent intimidation policies. What has happened in the society in which we live in these (intermediate) periods? We know that he found himself in the concepts of economic distress, inflation, lack of livelihood, unemployment, and he became quite indifferent to political movements in the triangle of pop, sports and magazines, almost castrated. The right and left sectors exhibited a common tendency and entered the liberalization process. Therefore, coups and their generals have completely lost their meaning, especially among young people, as of today.

Even though I am not breathing as myself when the boundaries on the social ground draw the boundaries of our body, the captivity of the self that exists when I take my place in the game of happiness has already been enthusiastically accepted by the society…
